We have brought a fresh crop of a relatively new and very promising variation - Arara. Later maturation allows the berry to gain more sugars, which gives more sweetness and a more voluminous body to your cup.

About the family of Flights

In 2023, we arrived at the Rancho Grande farm in the municipality Tres Pontas, State Minas Gerais, and were amazed by the Reis family's approach to coffee production. The third generation of farmers, who loves their business very much and builds kindergartens, schools and houses for their workers. So many of the farm's employees are third-generation workers. They are born in these parts, grow up, study and stay to work on this beautiful land.

About the country of growth

Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer. The share of Brazilian coffee in the international market is one third of the global production volume. Arabica is mainly grown in the regions of Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo, Bahia, Matas de Minas, Prana. The equatorial climate prevails in the north of the country, tropical in the central part, and temperate in the south. The main varieties of Arabica for Brazil are bourbon, tipica, mundo novo, katuay, maragojip. The Cerrado Mineiro region is a globally recognized place for the production of high-quality coffee - the first "Name of Origin" in Brazil, located in the north-west of the state of Minas Gerais.

The presence of well-defined seasons - hot, humid summers and pleasant dry winters - is a striking characteristic of the region. Coffee plantations are grown at an altitude of 800 to 1300 meters above sea level, resulting in high-quality coffee with a unique personality.

About Rancho Grande Farm

Coffee production on the Rancho Grande farm began back in 1933, when Mr. Aneite Reis inherited 5 hectares of land. Over time, thanks to the efforts and dedication in the work, the farm improved existing and developed new production methods. Today, the farm is managed by Mr. Anate's son, Jose Carlos Reis, and grandson, son Flavio Reis. At the moment, the farm occupies 2.350 hectares, of which coffee cultivation occupies 517 hectares. The farm's mission is to responsibly produce coffee of the highest possible quality, without neglecting the importance of environmental protection and concern for the well–being of its employees. Their goal is to continue to improve the quality of the coffee produced, striving to meet the needs of consumers.

Coffee in drip bags is coffee that is always with you. It can be brewed in any conditions without tools and accessories at home, in the office and on a trip.

Ease of brewing, stability, repeatability of the result, convenience of storage - that's what makes drip bags an incredibly cool product. We've made it even better.: we do not skimp on raw materials (green coffee), we pack grain as fresh as possible roasted in a modified gas environment, we do not spare the amount of coffee per cup and carefully select the recipe and profile for each variety. Each bag contains 12 grams of coffee, which allows you to prepare 190-210 grams of the drink. Just put it on a high cup and pour in 92-96 °C water in a thin stream 3 times 70 grams until the water flows completely. You can find more detailed instructions in our article.
