Description
Japanese ceramic funnel for brewing coffee Cerafilter. Another name is Ceradrip. Porous ceramics allow liquid to pass through and allow coffee and tea to be brewed without filters.
Due to the fact that ceramics allows liquids and oils to pass through, but does not allow coffee particles to pass through, the drink turns out to be denser and more complex than when using paper filters that retain oils and some solutes.
The ceramic funnel allows you to brew coffee, tea and filter drinking water, eliminating extraneous odors of chlorine and other impurities.
Do not use cleaning agents and mechanical stress. If the pores of the ceramic are clogged, pour water through it under high pressure on both sides or gently ignite over an open fire.
