Cascara is a dried coffee berry, the shell of the Pacamara variety of coffee from the farmer Raul Rivera of El Salvador.
Description of taste: bright amber-red infusion with rosehip and dried fruit aroma, sweet cherry and tropical fruit taste, sparkling juicy body.
Brewing method:pour hot water and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Brew the cascara several times, but do not store the berry for a long time.
