Delter Coffee Press
Delter Coffee Press is a new coffee brewing experience. Controlled immersion, as the creators call this method.
The Jet-Seal valve separates water and coffee until brewing begins. Water comes into contact with coffee only when the piston is pressed, which allows you to fully control the brewing process and add water in the process.
This approach has been called injection brewing: brewing begins only when you initiate the process and is interrupted at any moment. The result is a pure complex cup with a wide range of experiments in brewing. We recommend it!
The filters from the aeropress with diameters of 64 mm are 1.5mm larger than the original ones and do not quite fit the delter press. Technically, they can be used, but there is a risk of spoiling the cup. Use original filters or a perfectly suitable metal filter for an aeropress.
