Farm Santa Rosa is located at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level; the size of the farm is 1 hectare, on which the Castillo trees are planted. The berries for this micro-lot were harvested in May, and processing was completed in June; they are washed in a washed way: fermentation time was 14 hours, drying time was 8 patio days.
The farm belongs to Jesus Floriberto Trujillo and is located near the Indo settlement, central part of the Ancuya municipality, Nariño region. The area of the entire municipality is 37 sq. kilometers.
