Chocolate is made from Fino de aroma cocoa beans from Peru of medium roasting with a total content of 40% using a melanger (stone ladder), where it is crushed and conched for at least 72 hours.
Organic coconut sugar fills the chocolate with caramel shades. Vanilla pod caviar gives an attractive aroma. The sweetness of the taste is balanced by a little salt.
