Siphon for making coffee
The Tiamo HG2351 siphon (or gabet) is the most effective tool for making coffee. The siphon allows you not only to entertain guests while making coffee, but also to get a very sweet and voluminous drink.
The instrument acquired its second name "Gabet" in honor of the Frenchman Louis Gabet, who improved in 1844 a device patented back in the 30s by a German engineer.
The siphon is also great for making red tea.
The siphon comes with a gas burner, fabric filters, a measuring spoon and a bamboo stirring paddle.
Instructions for making coffee in a siphon
- 1. Place the filter holder on the upper flask;
- 2. Fill the lower flask with water, put on fire;
- 3. During boiling, water rises to the upper flask;
- 4. Reduce heat slightly and add18-25 gramsmedium ground coffee, mix thoroughly;
- 5. Wait1-2 minutes, do not let the water in the upper flask boil;
- 6. Remove the heat, the water will begin to sink into the lower flask;
- 7. A little magic, and the coffee is ready!
