A classic example of the red Indian tea familiar to our latitudes
Daisajan Plantation is located in the north-east of India in the state of Assam. The name of the plantation comes from the Assamese "Doichha Yaan", which means "two-headed river". 375 hectares have been allocated for tea planting, on which plantation and clonal varieties of tea bushes are grown.
Description of the drink: dense oily red infusion, strong sweet aroma, taste of lime honey and flowers.
Cooking method:Brew for up to 3 minutes at a water temperature of 95 degrees. 1 teaspoon per 250 milliliters of water.
