The fermented coffee sauce Eastbrew Coffee x Chantico is an excellent result of joint research in fermentation. Bright and dense Colombia Alto Cielo natural processing and 3 months of aging allowed us to get a sauce with a consistency and flavor profile close to soy.
The idea for this sauce was the chapter "Coffee seed" from the fundamental book "The Noma Guide to Fermentation".
So, in the bottle you will find: the aroma of creamy Cannole, passion fruit jam, dark chocolate, bourbon, violet. The taste is intense, toffee toffee, salty tropical fruits, island whiskey, lilac.
How to use: sprinkle a steak, fish or vegetables in a frying pan a minute before cooking, mix a teaspoon of sauce with sour cream and serve to cheesecakes, add instead of salt to chicken broth, drop into a cup of cocoa or hot chocolate.
