Tie Guanyin Anxi Qi Lan tea is our favorite Chinese oolong from the South Fujian region.
Description of the drink: Sweet floral aroma, soft and balanced taste, creamy smooth body.
Cooking method:Brew for 1 minute at a water temperature of 80-85 degrees. Amount to taste, the rolled ball opens into several large leaves. Brew this tea several times, but do not store the leaves for long periods of time.
