Green Tea Bunch
A popular tea in Japan, which is made mainly for the domestic market. The leaves twisted into needles are made from late summer or early autumn harvest tea.

Cooking method: brew for 1 minute at a water temperature of 90 degrees, 1 spoon per 150 ml of water. Brew this tea several times, but do not store the leaves in the infusion for a long time.
