About coffee with berries
Coffee bean has a huge range of acidity and sweetness. We decided to emphasize the richness of flavors and added a berry to the drips.
These are natural freeze-dried berries from Altai, which we have been choosing for a long time. Both the taste and the ability to achieve the necessary fraction for the drip package were important to us.
And everything worked out!
Our berry drips resemble berry pie in flavor, the taste is bright, the texture is dense, as if you are drinking compote. At the same time, the berry does not completely drown out coffee, but emphasizes and complements the berry profile of coffee.
For drip bags, we use a ratio of 60% berries to 40% coffee. Each bag contains 13 grams of the mixture.
Such drips are brewed in the same way as usual: three infusions of ~ 60 gr. water. The temperature is 96 degrees.
But remember that you can always experiment and choose a recipe that you like!

Drip bag coffee is coffee that is always with you. It can be brewed in any conditions without tools and accessories at home, in the office and while traveling.
